*** Includes one full year of AWHONN Full Membership (regular price is $216) and "Conference Only (Monday & Tuesday)" registration (a savings of $72). Valid for new members and previous members whose membership has lapsed. Does not include admission to Pre-Conference (Sunday) programming. Must be purchased separately if you plan to attend the Pre-Conference (Sunday) as well.

Note that if your employer will be registering you for the Conference, you need to ensure that YOUR PERSONAL email address is included in the paper or electronic registration form. Please ensure that it is legible and free of errors. This will be the only way we can contact you with conference updates and the link for handouts.

Cancellation

Cancel by August 14 at 11:59 PM PDT to receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellation of a “Best Value” ticket will receive a refund of the conference cost only minus a $25 processing fee. AWHONN membership cannot be refunded. No registration refunds will be made after August 14 at 11:59 PM PDT.

**COVID-19: In the event that Oregon AWHONN or Eagle Crest Resort deems it necessary to cancel the event due to National or State health recommendations, we will provide a full refund to all attendees up to the date on which we cancel the event and waive the $25 cancellation fee. Should a registered participant decide to cancel her/his registration prior to an official announcement of cancellation, the $25 cancellation fee will still apply. Refunds cannot be provided for the AWHONN Membership portion of "Best Value" tickets ($216).**

This is a limited-capacity event. Register by August 14 at 11:59 PM PDT to take advantage of the early registration discount. After that, all prices listed above increase by $50. For Onsite registration, add $100 to AWHONN Member and Non-Member prices listed above, add $50 to Student prices listed above.
